How to Book: Please contact us by Email or Whatsapp massage to book the tour package. Our tour operator is available for 24 hours service.
Method of Payment: The tour paypment must be transferred (20%) two weeks before the tour. And 80% of payment must be fully paid in First day tour. We are available with currency in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR), US Dollar (US $), Euro (€). To transferred the Down payment, will be transferred via bank account or paypal.
Refund Informations: Refund is not available for unused service, cancellation refund just available if you confirm us one week prior the tour. The maximum refund is 50% of down payment.
Insurances: Our tour package and price does not cover the tour insurance accident insurance or any sort of insurance on this tour. Please prepare your own insurance before take this tour!Our Responsibility: We always do our best service make sure your tour arrangements are satisfactory and we accept liability for, but only to the extent of, any loss or damage sustained by you as a result of our negligence or that of our employees or agents. However, we cannot accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of those airlines, coach operators, hoteliers, or other persons providing service in connection with your holiday pursuant to a contract between themselves and yourself (which may be evidenced in writing by the issue of a ticket, voucher, coupon or the like) and over whom we have no direct and exclusive control. We do not accept any liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part, including but not limit to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government or of any authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment of industrial action (whether or not involving our employees, and even though such action may be settled by acceding to the demands of a labor group).
