Bromo Midnight Tour- Cemoro Lawang is a village located in North part of mount Bromo with the altitude of 2,217 meters above sea level. It becomes as favorite path to the Bromo mountain from Probolinggo route. This village is inhabited by tengger tribes and most of them are Hinduism. The town is located close to the volcano Bromo, to which it owes its fame. Tourists visit the town in the framework of sightseeing tours across the surrounding area. Many travelers stay here for a night to start for a walk along mountains and enjoy the majestic volcanoes after dawn.
Cemoro Lawang Town, The town does not have first-class hotels. Almost all inns are designed to ensure that tourists will spend in them only one or two nights. Besides volcanoes, this picturesque town has many interesting attractions. There are several ancient Hindu temples. It’s possible to walk to the reserved places and see the local fauna. Cemoro Lawang is the closest settlement to the volcano Bromo.
The best spot to enjoy golden sunrise is Pananjakan, even though there are some other sunrise spots, but Pananjakan is still a favorite for tourists. Lots of visitors come to Penanjakan Views every day. Due to this reason, the local government decides to improve the quality of the site. In Penajakan 1 (located in Wonokitri Pasuruan) for example, tourists can find posts and several food vendors. Several seats are also available there. Some trees and bushes grow there as well, but their number is scarce. The nuance in Penajakan 2 (located in Probolinggo) is not that different, actually. One thing, they are located in a separated area so tourists must choose either of the places.
The view is simply amazing when the sunrise come up and you’ll see the foreground of Mount Semeru which emits smoke in the distance and the sun shining brightly up into the sky, is one of the most iconic mountains in Indonesia. At 06: 30 you have to drive by jeep to Bromo crater and hike to the top Bromo volcano (you can take horse or walking from Jeep parking area to the crater).
